Booking and Cancellation Policy.
Your credit card details are held on file to confirm your booking. Payment will be taken at the time of the tour when
we see you. Otherwise payment will be processed in accordance with the following rules:
For guided day tours with groups of 1 to 2 people:
If you wish to cancel or amend the original booking, you must inform us by 10.00am (at the very latest) the day before
the scheduled departure date. After this time lapses we assume you still wish to undertake the tour and cannot guarantee that you will get a full refund or not be charged if you do decide to cancel.
If you cancel the booking after the cancellation time shown and we can resell some or all of the cancelled places then
you will only be charged for those vacated places that remain unsold.
For guided day tour bookings with groups of over 3 people and overnight tours:
For group bookings of 3 people and over (this includes family groups with children), the cancellation deadline is
10.00am 3 days prior to the trip departure date.
This applies also to cancellation of overnight tours.
If you cancel after the cancellation time shown and we can resell some or all of the cancelled places then you will
only be charged for those vacated places that remain unsold.
Your credit card will be charged the agreed amount if you cancel on the day of the
tour or do not show up for the tour at the scheduled time.
